Big Boy Car Rentals operate from the same site as Andrew’s Airport Parking, in both Melbourne and Brisbane.
Andrew’s Airport Parking will complete your return airport transfers (if required) and they may complete your vehicle collection and drop off procedures in branch. Working alongside Andrew’s Airport Parking allows you immediate airport transfers and one site for vehicle collections and drop offs, 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week.

For phone support, we are available from 8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday – Friday. Outside of these hours, phone calls can be made to Andrew’s Airport Parking.
21 Years of Age is the minimum age to rent, or be an Authorised Driver, from Big Boy Car Rentals.
Any renter or Authorised Driver must have and present upon collection of the vehicle a full (not probationary) and current Australian issued driver’s license to rent from Big Boy Car Rentals. International licenses may be accepted on a case by case basis, at the full discretion of Big Boy Car Rentals.
You can request a specific make and model of vehicle, but are not assured of receiving that same make or model. You can not select your colour of vehicle. You will receive a vehicle of no lesser category (i.e. if you reserve a medium sized car, you will not receive a small car to fulfil that reservation) and the same transmission (automatic).
Yes. To reserve your Big Boy car rental, you must supply a valid Mastercard, VISA or AMEX. Big Boy Car Rentals do reserve the right to refuse any card. We may take a refundable holding fee from the card to reserve your rental.
Essentially on any road that is sealed, not closed by an authority, not dangerous to drive on and is on the mainland portion of the states of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland or South Australia. Refer to our Terms & Conditions of Rental for further clarification.
Provided you collect your vehicle on the same day as your Booking Confirmation and return your vehicle within 1 hour of your Booking Confirmation, there are no additional charges.
Additoinal charges may apply outside of these times.
Upon collecting your rental vehicle and signing your Rental Agreement, you can make payment via a valid credit card (Mastercard, VISA or AMEX), debit card (Mastercard or VISA).
Cash payments are typically not accepted.
Yes, you can use any toll road in the locations you are permitted to drive your rental vehicle during your Rental Period. Charges for that usage, plus a service fee, are payable by you.
Any fines accrued on the vehicle during your Rental Period, plus a service fee, are payable by you.
